Payment in full is required at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment.

Payments are applied toward your scheduled service and may be retained in the event of late cancellations or missed appointments. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the scheduled appointment fee.

A superbill may be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your individual plan.

Accepted forms of payment include major credit and debit cards, including HSA/FSA cards when applicable.

Additional costs for functional laboratory testing, supplements, and topical therapies are not included in visit fees and vary based on individual needs.
